Sip and relax in the open-concept, industrial-style tasting room—bright, modern, and fully open to the production space— or on the scenic deck overlooking the orchard, with sweeping vistas of the escarpment. Be sure to try the aged apple brandy, crafted as a standout expression of Spy’s spirits, and explore the only German copper still of its kind in the area.

Spy Kitchen serves up wood-fired pizza and shareable eats, perfect alongside a drink in the orchard.
