Georgian Hills Vineyards & Ardiel Cider House
Georgian Hills Vineyards is committed to offering locally grown, unique cool climate wines. Partners Robert Ketchin, a wine marketer, and John, Greg & Liam Ardiel, 3rd and 4th generation apple farmers, settled in the Beaver Valley years ago with this shared dream. Over several years, they researched and tested the best vineyard sites and grape varieties throughout the cool climate region of Georgian Bay. They were determined to find a dynamic wine region that would allow them to contribute to the Georgian Bay community, as well as the booming local wine and food movement. They finally found their perfect location in Beaver Valley and Georgian Hills Vineyards was born. The region’s unique microclimate allows for grapes to be safely grown into unique wine styles and flavours.
