Spy Cider House & Distillery is located on an 80-acre estate orchard with sweeping views of the escarpment. Thornbury Craft Co. & Blue Mountain Brewing Co.
Since 2006, Thornbury Craft Co. has been producing premium-quality ciders and beer at their historic facility, nestled in the heart of Thornbury. They proudly produce over 14 types of cider, along with their signature Blue Mountain Lager. Each sip reflects their passion for local produce and exceptional craftsmanship.
Windswept Cider
Windswept Cider crafts traditional, dry ciders using organic and wild-foraged apples—many harvested from rare, abandoned orchards across Georgian Bay. Each small-batch cider is thoughtfully fermented to reflect the complexity and character of these unique heirloom varieties.
