This iconic trail stop brews small-batch traditional ciders. The ciders are crafted from select varieties of heritage apples grown in their very own Georgian Bay orchard. Best enjoyed after a hike along the stunning Beaver Valley expanse or the Bruce Trail, stop in to this cidery for an ultimate tasting experience. Enjoy the ambiance of Beaver Valley’s restored century barn while you sample their ciders. Try the beverages alone or pair them with a number of specially selected artisanal cheese plates.

Located on the Niagara Escarpment, this trail stop offers a break for your stomach and a treat for your eyes. Make sure to sample the variety of gluten-free ciders on premises – our favorite pairing is the Dry Pear Cider with blue cheese!
