Penny’s Apple Cider Manhattan is a fun fall twist on the classic Manhattan, adding in some of that fresh apple cider pressed at local apple orchards in the Beaver Valley, also known as apple country. The apple cider adds a sweet-tart fall flavour to the cocktail, one that pairs perfectly with whiskey.
