 Join the farmers on their vehicles to get a behind-the-scenes look at the 1000 acre regenerative farm. Walk through the barns and visit cows, pigs, chickens, donkeys, and veggie gardens – explore the land with your tour guide and check out the animals on pasture and more.

Free Spirit Tours Paddling

Grab a canoe, kayak or SUP and discover the Beaver River. On your two-hour paddle you may come across egrets, herons, cormorants, muskrat and turtles but you’re guaranteed to be greeted with beautiful scenery.

Thornbury Sticky Bun Loop

Explore Thornbury by bike on a self-guided, heart-pumping adventure. Start at the Thornbury Bakery where you’ll fuel up with delicious sticky buns. Follow the 14 km loop to discover several more Trail Stops. Enjoy Thornbury cider, memorable views, beautiful art and delicious dining on this unique bike loop.

Wild Edibles Experience

Spend an afternoon foraging through the outdoors with Free Spirit Tours. Learn how to use common plants for medicine, and which nutritious flowers you can eat! Expert foragers will lead you on this explorative and educational walk through Heathcote’s unique forest.
